Janice Snyder
Janice Snyder moved to South Windsor almost 40 years ago with her husband, Mark. They raised two sons in South Windsor who attended South Windsor public schools. Jan has an extensive background in governmental Purchasing, Contracting, Inventory Control and managed multi-million-dollar budgets for 41 years. She brings her public administration experience to South Windsor focusing on operations. Jan continues to volunteer in a wide variety of capacities in many South Windsor Town committees and Civic organizations.
Janice believes that responsive leadership begins with truly hearing the voices of residents. An impactful leader makes informed decisions that benefit the community purposefully through kindness, civility, inclusivity, and collaboration.
